Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to experience the full capabilities of the Lumin Axis platform.

• •To avoid being charged for your first month of service, you must cancel your subscription before your 14-day trial period concludes.
• •If you do not cancel prior to the expiration of the trial, your payment method on file will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected during registration.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Lumin Axis subscription at any time.

• •How to cancel: Cancellations can be managed directly and instantly within your user dashboard under your account or billing settings.
• •Effective Date: When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• •Continued Access: You will continue to have full access to the platform and your AI tools until the current billing period expires.

3. General Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because Lumin Axis is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing immediate access to proprietary technology and computing resources, we do not offer refunds for active subscriptions.

• •We do not issue partial refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for any unused days, weeks, or processing capacity remaining in a billing cycle after cancellation.

4. UK/EU Statutory Rights & The “Cooling-Off” Period

Under UK and EU consumer protection laws (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations), consumers have a statutory 14-day “cooling-off” period to withdraw from contracts for goods and services. However, special rules apply to the supply of digital content.

By registering for an account, logging in, and generating or consuming digital AI services on the Lumin Axis platform, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge and agree that by beginning the use of these digital services, you waive and lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and are not eligible for a refund under these regulations.
